Inspirational Monday: Don’t force it!

Hey hey everyone!!
It’s Monday again! I must say today was kind of a stressful day and I was running around for most of it but I still managed to spend some time with some of my colleagues and I always like that!
Without any delays, let’s start with today’s Inspirational quote:
How many of you have stayed ‘friends’ with someone that didn’t treat you right? For me, it started when I was in 1st grade and only stopped last year!
I used to try and try to be friends with people who did not accept me nor appreciate me and my friendship.. And that applies not only to friendships, but boyfriends/girlfriends as well!!! Eventually I decided I was wasting my time and my heart on people who would never think I was important in their lives (unless there was a German test coming the next week…)
Your heart is precious! Be careful who you let in it! Let only those who really do appreciate you, who know your best and worst features and still want to have you in their lives!!! My best friend knows how crazy I can get and how needy I am and how sometimes I just cry and think the world is going to end and he still wants me in his life!! (Thank’s H, I miss you like crazy!!!)
I hope you liked this post and let me know what you thought in the comments below or send me a message on my Facebook Page, my Twitter or on my Instagram!! I always respond to your messages, so don’t forget to check back!
Have a great day!!

I definitely cut off friendships once I went to college. If the effort only came from my side, I let the friendship go. No relationship of any kind can be one sided & although it's hard, it's necessary! Great post!

So TRUE Rosie, I used to have a friend in high school that sometimes got drunk and was so mean she even tries to kiss my boy once but after a long time You wake up and discovered who really your friends are.
    I loved this post.

I did the same thing! Most of the people I considered friends in high school turned out to be the complete opposite! It was hard, but eventually I realized it isn't worth it trying to fight for someone who doesn't deserve it, while there might be someone right there next to you who will be your best friend for 20years and you just never paid attention to them because you were so worried trying to save a friendship that never really existed.. =)

I'm glad you liked the post!

That's horrible!!! I'm the type of person that gives chances over and over again, but there is a time you just have to stop doing it, if you see the person will never appreciate it! And when you see who your real friends are, it's so much worth it!!!! =D
