Rosie Cooks: Farfalle bows with spinach and cream!

 Even though I love my pasta, I don’t usually get farfalle, don’t ask me why, I just always seem to gravitate towards penne. But when I saw farfalle bows on sale at my local Lidl, I didn’t need to think twice and already had dinner planned!

I had some frozen spinach in the freezer that I decided to try and roast with some cream in a frying pan, which did not turn out like I expected, but was still delicious! 

I ended up having it just like that, because at the last minute I realized I didn’t have any more olives, which is something I love to have with pasta.
