Last Thursday dinner was a very typical Austrian potato salad and some fish fingers made in the oven.
I’m not typically one for potato salads, but since this one was made without mayonnaise, I actually liked it. It was made with cooked potatoes and then some vinegar and red onions. Vinegar in Austria isn’t as strong as the one in Portugal and I quite like it here.
The fish fingers were just thrown into the oven and when cooked taken back out, very simple and healthier than frying them!
I ended up having some lychees (a chinese fruit) for dessert, as I love them and found some canned ones without any sugar. I have to say they were yummy!
And I just realized, I haven’t had any fried since I moved here…guess this whole healthy eating is good after all, I don’t even crave them!!
